Here are just a few comments from happy passengers who joined us rafting the Grand Canyon in 2010.
“A trip of a lifetime-will remember forever. At 72 years old your guys helped me to do all of it. Thanks!”
“I was so scared and after the 1st day I was secure. Thank you. I would do this again in a heartbeat.”
“We were amazed to have such fresh, hot, deluxe and varied meals every day, three times a day, plus snacks. A menu was never repeated and the chocolate brownies on my birthday were wonderful. Thank you for our trip of a lifetime.”
“We just got back home from experiencing your three day rafting trip. I just want you to know my family had the time of our lives. Not only was it fun but my girls learned a bit too.”
“We are still on holiday in the US but I wanted to tell you that we have the holiday of a lifetime last week. It was so much more than we had expected and now realize that we of course will really struggle to explain it to others!!”
“I just wanted to write a note about how awesome the trip was. My wife and I had been looking forward to this for a long time and we were not disappointed. What an incredible week we had.”
“A very short and appreciative note to Tour West for a fantastic experience during our river adventure. Every aspect of the trip was meticulously planned and executed. We especially appreciate the guides attention to our 14-year old who needed some help with a few aspects of a hike or two. They provided discrete but valuable support whenever needed and ensured that he fully participated in every aspect of the trip. Thanks for a memorable experience!”
“We just returned from the three day river rafting trip and have not stopped raving about our experiences. We will highly recommend your company for a trip of a lifetime. I am on a gluten free diet and was very surprise on how you accomodated my diet. I ate better on that trip than I do at home and never lacked for anything. My 14 year old daughter wants to go back and do the eight day tour next year. We are very grateful for the memories you provided.”
“Great trip, worth every penny. It was the trip of a lifetime!”

This is a picture of your home-away-from-home while traveling on the Salmon River. Looks like someone was settling in for a cozy night of sleep.
Alone at night
and all is right.
A moment to reflect
in soft firelight.
Then gaze upon
the midnight sky.
While the river
sings a soft lullaby.

Here are pictures of our guides cooking the yummy steaks they served on one of our August Salmon River trips. These pictures were also taken by Joe Bennion, one of our great guides that run the Grand Canyon, Cataract Canyon, and Salmon River. The guides in the picture are Jason and Bryan. They are cousins and amazing boatmen. Jason is our river manager so if you ever have questions about any of our trips call our office and ask for him.

Joe Bennion one of our Great Grand Canyon river guides took these pictures. He is an artist and makes wonderful pottery. We love his pictures because they are taken with an artists eye. If you would like to see some of his pottery go to his web sight.
We hope you enjoy the pictures!
